Polyphenylsulfide (PPS) Filter Bag

Overview:
This is a chemically resistant filter bag with medium heat resistance.

Material:

• Polyphenylsulfide (PPS): A nonwoven, needle-punched filter material.
• It offers excellent air permeability and good abrasion resistance.
• Note: A high oxygen level reduces its strength; therefore, the higher the operating temperature, the lower the permissible O₂ level should be.

Applications:

• Gas cleaning systems for coal-fired boilers
• Waste incineration
• Air cleaning after coking ovens and calcination furnaces
• Combustion gas cleaning during chemical drying processes
• Cement plants
• Thermal power stations

Temperature Characteristics:

• Operating Temperature: Up to 190°C
• Peak Temperature: Up to 200°C

Chemical Resistance:

• Excellent resistance to hydrolysis, acids, and alkalis.

Additional Treatments:

• PTFE membrane
• Oil-water repellent treatment
