Grease filter

Panel grease filter is a coarse pre-filter (up to G2), used in ventilation systems with difficult conditions: in bakeries, kitchens, foundries, metallurgical furnaces, etc.

When using grease filters, all ventilation elements are less susceptible to contamination by fat particles, since almost all the fat contained in the moving air remains on the filter, which in turn has a positive effect on the durability of the fans, fat does not stick to the blades of the equipment, there is no imbalance, performance and pressure remain close to the initial indicators.

The filter design consists of a frame (can be made according to individual customer sizes) and galvanized or stainless steel mesh (this mesh material is less susceptible to corrosion). The mesh cell is usually 6mm x 6mm and is folded into dozens of layers inside the housing until the required cleaning class is achieved.
