Filter cartridges

Harmony-Technofilter manufactures replaceable cylindrical  Filter Cartridges measuring 324/212 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height. These cartridges are made from polyester materials, which make them extremely resistant to temperatures up to 135°C and to various harmful impurities that can negatively affect human health.

The design of the filter elements allows for the use of material with an increased filtration surface, enabling the construction of cartridge filters in a maximally compact configuration. The filter material and its processing method (such as antistatic treatment, water-repellent treatment, etc.) are selected based on the filter’s operating conditions and the properties of the dust being captured.

Typically, a corrugated nonwoven material is used as the filtering medium. This material is produced based on cellulose, synthetic fibers (polypropylene, polyester fibers), or a mixture of synthetic fibers and cellulose. The filter material is folded into an “accordion” shape and then rolled into a tube. A plastic mesh is used to provide the necessary rigidity to the cartridge. The supporting frame protects the folds of the filter material from compression and rolling, which can be caused by pressure differentials. The quality of the filter material determines the filter’s efficiency, the airflow resistance, and the service life of the cartridge filter.
