Modular Filter Element

MFE 1170x1170 1 Modular Filter Element

Modular Filter Element with Bags

The modular filter element is a specialized design intended for aspiration and process air purification systems used in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical production.

Filter Element Design

The filter consists of a round textile base to which a group of compact small-diameter filter bags is attached, arranged in several concentric rows. This design makes it possible to significantly increase the effective filtration area while maintaining compact overall dimensions of the element.

Advantages of the Modular Element Design

The design with a large number of short bags allows:

  • uniform distribution of the air flow across the entire filter area;
  • efficient operation with very fine powdered products;
  • stable air purification at low filtration velocities;
  • use of the element in compact filter housings or process modules.

Textile fixing tabs are provided at the ends of the bags, helping stabilize the sleeve shape during operation and preventing deformation.

Filter Material

These filter elements are manufactured from antistatic smooth Polynova fabric characterized by:
  • stable filtration properties;
  • low dust adhesion;
  • reduced risk of static charge accumulation;
  • high wear resistance when working with fine dispersed powders.

Application Areas

Such filtration modules are used in aspiration and local air filtration systems, particularly in pharmaceutical, food, and chemical industries where efficient capture of fine dust is required in processes such as:
  • mixing of powder components;
  • granulation;
  • tablet mass formation;
  • transport of powdered products.

Advantages of the Modular Design

The modular design ensures compactness, high air purification efficiency, and the possibility of adaptation to specific technological installations.

Manufacturing and Ordering

Production is possible based on a drawing, sketch, photo, or on-site measurement. If required, we design the joint individually for the operating conditions. Submit a request for consultation or quotation
