Overview
Filter bags for bag filters are used to clean air and industrial gases containing high concentrations of dust particles. They are one of the most important components of dust collection equipment and are widely used in the metallurgical, coal, petrochemical, food industries, in the production of building mixtures, and other sectors.

Filtration Efficiency

  • The efficiency of cleaning provided by filter bags depends on the structure of the fabric, with the material selected based on the customer’s tasks and requirements.
  • Various options for additional processing, impregnation, and coating of the materials are available.
  • Depending on the material, the operating temperature can reach up to 250°C.
  • The residual dust concentration in the filtered air is ≤ 20 mg/m³; if necessary, it can be reduced to no more than 5 mg/m³.

Construction Details
  • The most vulnerable part of the bag during aspiration is the longitudinal seam.
  • For maximum reliability and strength, a double or triple “lock stitch” is used.
  • For polyester materials, we offer an innovative solution—welding of the nonwoven filter fabric—which results in a needle-free bag.
    • The advantage of this technology is that the longitudinal seam has no needle punctures (as can occur with traditional manufacturing), which is especially critical for filter elements with a high degree of filtration, since punctures can reach up to 300 µm in diameter.
Customization All product types are manufactured to the individual dimensions provided by the customer:
  • Diameters ranging from 60 mm to 1500 mm
  • Lengths ranging from 150 mm to 10,000 mm
